Annual Training
Dance Fight Grow
The annual training conveys the Dance Fight Grow method in all its facets. Filipino martial arts, contact improvisation and contemporary dance are the basic methods.
The training consists of 2 modules: Be in your element and Moving on the edge, which can also be taken separately.
It includes two weekend seminars and three intensive weeks from May to Dec 2023. Five hours of lessons are planned every day. The total number of hours is 90 hours. All seminars take place in Freiburg. Participants are responsible for their own accommodation. However, we are happy to provide advice and information.
Previous experience
This training course is aimed at people interested in dance and exercise. It offers participants from social, artistic, therapeutic and teaching professions have the opportunity to expand and enrich their own field of practice. The contents can be transferred to everyday life in a variety of ways and include application to theater education.
Participation in one to two weekend Dance Fight Grow seminars is a prerequisite.

1290.- € (3 rates of 430.- €)
